“This book, written by one of our very own members, Sirena Rana, is incredibly well thought out. The 47 trails are broken down by area, each accompanied by beautiful photos and thorough descriptions. There are trails suitable for all hiking levels, from leisurely strolls through The Desert Museum to challenging climbs up the Rincons. I highly recommend checking it out!” – Tucson Hikes! Facebook Group moderator Andrea Ramirez

“Beautiful, comprehensive and easy to use- I love this little guidebook! It’s the perfect compact size for sticking in my backpack and the full color photos are stunning. I’m a frequent visitor to Tucson and avid hiker, this book has been so helpful in planning my trips, especially the at-a-glance section for finding dog-friendly trails.” -pothostea

Seeing my new book for the first time on the shelves of Summit Hut was an exhilarating feeling! This book took five years from initial contact by Mountaineers Books to the publication date and hearing that people are enjoying it made it worth the years of work.
